Solid Ink’s consultants have proven themselves valuable team members during the toughest of PR campaigns. When one of our clients was dealing with a difficult internal situation, Frances played a lead role in the communications team that was responsible for handling the very complex and highly sensitive issue. Through careful, responsive planning, her communications team was able to implement a public relations strategy that minimised damage to the organisation’s public profile. Most importantly though, the strategy took great care to manage communication with people involved, in addition to handling direct liaison with the general public, media, donors, business partners, sponsors and internal staff. Needless to say it was a very demanding, sensitive campaign to undertake, but nonetheless an extremely valuable and successful one.
