New web copy for design agency
For Empire Creative, we developed fresh website copy with a distinctive twist that fit the bill perfectly.

While some clients require ongoing campaign management, others need the right words in a jiffy. This was exactly the case with graphic design and branding agency Empire Creative.

With their new website almost ready to launch, Empire Creative realised it needed fresh copy, with a distinctive twist. The writing challenge was allowing the company’s years of experience in the advertising industry to shine through. When the team called in Solid Ink for the job, their instructions were clear—they needed the copy to fit the bill perfectly, and they needed it fast.

Working closely with Empire Creative, Solid Ink quickly determined the right tone to take with the website copy, incorporating Empire Creative’s own ideas and messaging in the process. The result was exactly what the agency ordered, delivered in the blink of an eye.

Creating articles that connect
Every week, we help clients engage with Australian media by writing quality material that journalists love.

As part of an ongoing media relations and publicity campaign for one of our clients, Solid Ink secured a monthly two-page spread in Marketing magazine. For more than 18 months Solid Ink assisted with the development of these articles—advising on topics and using the fabulous opportunity to showcase the company as a thought-leader in its field.

Month after month, Solid Ink has helped this business engage with Australia’s marketing, IT and digital media sectors by ensuring bylines provide educational, interesting insight into topical issues. We’re pleased to say that this client often receives positive feedback about the articles—proof that Solid Ink can write quality material that both clients and journalists appreciate.

Newspaper advertorial for Honda
We’re expert at writing content that’s ready for printing in newspapers, magazines, online and in corporate materials.

Recently, Solid Ink was asked by a media agency to create a four-part advertorial campaign for Bundoora’s Leader newspaper on behalf of Northway Honda. With a new dealership opening up in Victoria, Northway Honda had rightly decided to reach out to community members via the local newspaper.

Four articles were created in the style of advertorials, each highlighting an aspect of the business—from the environmentally-sound building innovations of the dealership, to the celebratory opening event. Solid Ink was asked to use a style of writing that both educated its readers and drew attention to the news.

We were so successful in meeting this brief that no changes were required to the copy, and the advertorials were published across Leader newspapers over a series of weeks.
